Where do you operate?
We currently have active engagements in the UK and Europe, with plans to expand globally.
Do you take equity in projects?
Our core role is owner's-engineer and project manager. We sit on your side of the table. We can introduce equity and debt partners through our network and, on a selective basis, co-invest alongside our clients.
How do you measure environmental impact?
Every project is assessed for tonnes of CO₂ avoided per year, land restored, jobs created and households powered. We publish a quarterly portfolio impact summary and share project-level data with our partners.
How long does a typical engagement run?
From first feasibility brief to commercial operations is typically 18–36 months for solar and storage. We then provide ongoing asset-management services for the life of the asset.
What does a project pay-back period look like?
Pay-back varies by technology, market and contract structure. Most of the projects we deliver target an unlevered IRR of 8 to 15% and a payback of 3 to 6 years for the equity sponsor.
